It seems like using the Enchanting Infuser makes using the zenith enchantment module impossible in that block.

Before using the enchanting infuser:

After placing the infuser and replacing it again with an enchantment table in the same place:

Also after placing the infuser for the first time in a world, one can find this in the logs:

Placing an enchantment table any other place makes it work normal again until the steps are repeated.
Also the infuser cannot infuse the Zenith shelfs.

Tested in multiple newly created worlds.
