Universal Enchants 21.1.2 is also causing a crash on startup. Not sure if it's related, but if it's not, I'll spin it off into a separate thread.

Oh you, you're right. I'm just an idiot and never thought to check if Tax Free Levels had an update. Also, do you want me to make a separate thread for the Universal Enchants issue, to keep things organized?
