Looks like you're using the wrong jar file. You need to install EnchantingInfuser-v3.2.0-1.18.2-Forge.jar, you seem to be having EnchantingInfuser-v3.2.0-1.18.2-Forge-sources.jar which is for developers only and will not work outside of a development environment.
