using version Enchiridion-1.12.2-3.3.4, as people play/relog etc the library keeps getting more and more duplicates of the starter books. This is an issue as it both clutters the library and becomes an EMC dupe exploit. I'm not sure if this is a mod bug or something we're doing wrong with the configs however.

I remember this being an issue when you reported it (I was able to reproduce it), and if I remember correctly I could only make it happen with your library.json
Cannot reproduce on a fresh server with only Enchiridion.
