Description

After a few updates on the Collective library mod, I noticed that the stack refill mod stopped working, or is at least very inconsistent. I've only had my stone pickaxe be refilled once in over a dozen times it should have refilled. Other stuff like torches or building blocks haven't refilled once even though I've had them in my inventory.
