GiantSpawn AI doesn't use follow_range attribute (or is broken). Also Villagers are not scared of them (they should)

Description
By default Giants seem to only have 16 block follow range (zombies have about 60). I tried changing it (with /attribute) and it does not work.
And yeah, villagers just stare up close at them instead of fleeing, until the giant decides to kill them. Should add a config option for this.
