Description

Charm of Undying provides a Trinket slot to place the totem of undying so you don't have to be holding it in your offhand. Your Items Are Safe doesn't seem to realize that the totem has been used and thus places all your items in the armor stand/death chest. Thus you lose all your gear in the middle of a fight in which you just died, which is... less than ideal. :P
