Issue Description:

Monolithic installation don't have 3 config files

What happens:

EnderIo tried to load 3 config files from EnderIO - Endergy:

enderio:config/recipes/endergy.pdf
enderio:config/recipes/endergy_balls.pdf
enderio:config/recipes/hiding_endergy.pdf

which is missing in .jar file

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• EnderIO: 5.1.55
• EnderCore: 0.5.73
• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Forge: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2847
• SpongeForge? no
• Optifine? yes
• Server
