Issue Description:

Redstone filters remain in effect after being removed. The conduit needs to be broken and replaced to get it to function normally again.

What happens:

After removing a redstone filter from a redstone conduit the conduit still behaves as though the filter is installed.

What you expected to happen:

The redstone conduit should behave as though no redstone filter is installed

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a button, redstone conduit, and redstone lamp in a line.
  2. Configure the conduit to input from the button and output to the lamp on the same channel.
  3. Put a redstone not filter in the conduit outputting to the lamp and then remove it.
  4. Note how the lamp is now on and turns off every time you press the button.

Wow, yeah it is a duplicate. I see now that it was reported a full year ago. It seems like a pretty basic bug. I'm sorry to say but if bugs like this aren't getting fixed then it kinda makes me feel like I'm wasting my time trying to report anything.
