Inventory Chests (Inventory Panels) voiding items inserted through Extract Items face.

Issue Description:

What happens:

Items inserted into Inventory Chests (Inventory Panels) which have that side set to extract items (orange arrows), are effectively voided. Tested this with item conduits, Thermal Dynamics item ducts and vanilla hoppers as well. If only the inventory chest side is set to extract mode, the items that are sent into that side are voided. No inserted items are shown using a powered and linked inventory panel, nor using The One Probe (tested using a fresh inventory chest, shows 0 items).

What you expected to happen:

Items conduits/ducts/hoppers/etc that are directed at an inventory panel with an Extract Items side (orange arrows) to not accept any items, and thus not void any items.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up an inventory chest and power it.
  2. Toggle a side to Extract Items.
  3. Route items into it through that side using hoppers, item conduits, itemducts or whaterver your preference is.
  4. Observe the number of items stored using an inventory panel or The One Probe.
