Issue Description:

After an unfortunate crash while several players on my server were flying, we were forced to remove several corrupted chunks in MCEdit, and move all players to the world spawn. Said flying players are now stuck in flight mode whenever they equip a dark plate with the elytra upgrade. Those same players can equip and use normal elytra wings properly. The modpack is foolcraft 3. This has been reported there, and I have been instructed to report it here. Any help (especially a fix) would be appreciated. Thanks!

What happens:

Whenever a dark plate with elytra wings is equipped by a player, they are immediately unable to walk properly and are put into flight mode at all times, including when on the ground.

What you expected to happen:

Normal function of wings like Elytras.

Steps to reproduce:

does not seem easily reproducible without a lot of time or code manipulation.

This is not a crash. No log was produced.

After further experimentation, one of the players reinstalled the modpack which seemed to fix the issue.
