It is possible Yes... But it wont happen from enderio. you are welcome to find another dev to make the conduit using the enderio conduit api and the mekanism gas api or make it yourself if you have the ability.

It Wont happen because

1. Mekanism broke conduits a lot in 1.7
2. if mekanism used Forge Gas/fluids fluid conduits would already work
   and 3.A couple of years back, when we had those conduits, we got bug reports against Ender IO caused by some bad code in mekanism multiple times a week.
