Issue Description:

Telepad doesn't activate with redstone signal

What happens:

If i send redstone signal to a telepad he is not teleporting.
(It was working in 1.7.10)

What you expected to happen:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a 3*3 telepad give it energy, dew of void and coordinate.
2. Stand on it or put an animal and press teleport it should work perfectly and teleport the user or the animal
3. Now try to send a redstone signal, it's not working.
