Items being duped when using a hopper to put items into the Enhanced machines

Issue Description:
When using a Vanilla Hopper to put items into the Enhanced Sag Mill and the Enhanced Alloy Smelter, the items are duped. I have tested this by putting 6 Iron Ore into the hopper and watching the ore amount in the sag mill and the alloy smelter double until it reached 64.
- EnderIO: EnderIO-1.12.2-5.0.29

- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 2739

- Optifine? No
- Single Player and/or Server? Server

No log information is being created when reproducing the issue.
Steps to reproduce:
- Put a hopper on the side of the Enhanced Sag Mill/Alloy Smelter.
- Configure the import in the GUI.
- Put <64 ore into the hopper.
- Open the GUI and monitor the amount of ore being put into the machine.
I didn't see any other issues regarding the problem, if this is fixed in a new update I apologize for opening the issue.
