Issue Description:

So i had item, power and enderio refined storage connected to a crafter.
I wanted to shift click the speed uprades into the item conduits, but accidently shifted it into the power cables... it worked (it inputted it into a invisible slot in the UI) but it lost most of my upgrades, i shifted over 30 upgrades in, and only 4 or 7 were in the invisible slot afterwards.

What happens:

Loose Speedupgrades

What you expected to happen:

That its not possible to shift click any upgrades into the power conduits.

So i reproduced it today.

If you have item, refined storage and energy conduit connected and you shift into energy: 15 gets added to the item conduit, not like it should, but thats ok behaivior i think.

But if you only have energy connected and shift, you loose ALL upgrades (64x).

It also happens atleast with fluid conduits, i guess its about all conduits, you can shift things in there which gets lost even if there is no slot which you can see.
