Issue Description:

The omni buffer's inventory does not seem to work properly. Items can be pushed into it but it cannot push out nor can conduits pull from it. item buffers work fine, but cannot pull from an omni buffer.

What happens:

Items that get into the omni buffer cannot be extracted other than opening the gui.

What you expected to happen:

The omni buffer to function identical to the item buffer regarding items.

Steps to reproduce:

To test I put an item buffer next to an omni buffer (which has power and a capactior)
If I put an item into the omni and configure it to push into the buffer it does nothing, if I set the item buffer to pull, still nothing. If I move the item to the item buffer, and configure either it to push or for the omni to pull the item is transferred.
