Issue Description:So i don't know if this is intended but if u have a stellar capacitor in a machine and place a creative energy source from ex2 next to it the machine will blow up

What happens:machine blows up

What you expected to happen:nothing

Steps to reproduce:

1.place any machine that accepts capacitors
2.place down a creative energy source from ex2
3.watch it blow up amazingly
...

Not a bug. Its a feature added to stop mods from spamming power packets bypassing enderios hard coded limits to intake/output
