[1.12.2] Vinishing don't "work" correct.

Issue Description:

The modifier "vanishing 2" teleports enemies to a random location, thats okay, but on a Hammer it teleports items as well away. (behind the players view direction (180°C))

We tested it in the Nether with Quartz and Netherrack.
(A screenshot of the Hammer is below, but we always change the "Vibrant Plate" with a "stone plate".
With the Vibrant Plate the issue occurs)

What you expected to happen:

Items are not enemies.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make something similar like the hammer (Tinkers plug-ins: PlusTIC, TAIGA, EnderIO)
  2. Go in the Nether
  3. Destroy some terrain

Affected Versions

  • EnderIO: 5.0.38
  • EnderCore: 0.5.43
  • Minecraft: 1.12.2

Why must all traits be positive? This is a drawback.

Works as intended.

For Weapons it is good, but for Hammers or Pickaxes this is rly bad.
I understand your idea behind it, but the mining aspect is destroyed. :/

If it is really intended, then close this issue, but a change to items is desirable. :=)
