Issue Description:

When using JEI the image reports the range of the power generation that is to be expected from minimum to maximum. I can generate more than what is reported there using the same method.

What happens:

I can produce more power than what is being reported in the JEI recipe page.

What you expected to happen:

Accurately reported numbers in the JEI UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put Octadict capacitor and Rocket fuel & water in an enhanced combustion generator
2. It produces 560 micro infinity/tick when JEI says max is 480

@EpicSquid This is the result of your cap-value inc'ing for the enhanced machines.

The combustion gen recipe needs to have 2 separate jei recipes for each machine, same with the zombie and frank'n'zombie generator. Sene before but haven't had a chance to fix it
