Tinkers' Construct Integration of Endergy alloys

Issue Description:

Endergy alloys are not fully integrated into Tinkers' Construct.

What happens:

Endergy alloys can be used to build Tool Forges and have fluids, although the latter don't have localized names. There are no tool parts for these Alloys and no modifiers assigned to them.

What you expected to happen:

Tool parts buildable with Endergy alloys and having modifiers assigned.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • EnderIO: 5.0.39
  • EnderCore: 1.12.2-0.5.44
  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 1.12.2-14.53.5.2796
  • SpongeForge? No
  • Optifine? Yes
