Issue Description:

I am unable to repair my ender helm, ender plate, ender leggings, or ender boots.

What happens:

I have place these items in the anvil with end steel and spent experience to try and repair them. The end steel and experience are taken but the item retrieve has the same durability score. I have the items fully charged. They are all at empowered V. They all have all the built in upgrades except the helm is only at solar II. I have not placed any enchantments on the gear.

What you expected to happen:

I was expecting the end steel to allow me to repair the durability.

Steps to reproduce:

1. place items in anvil
2. try to upgrade
