Issue Description:

Both the Simple Crafter and Normal Crafter dont seem to need power in order to operate. On top of this, the right input crafting window does not seem to require the items to be in the correct layout in order to be crafted. As long as the total amount needed for all items is present, it will craft. Another issue on top of this is the Buffer Item button does not seem to work either. While it will stay set to the Buffer Single Item when its selected, it will operate as if it is permanently stuck on Buffer Item Stack

What happens:

Both crafters run without power
Both crafters dont layout items correctly in crafting window
Both crafters Buffer Item Button runs on Buffer Item Stack Regardless of button setting

What you expected to happen:

For the crafters to require power when operating
For the items to lay out correctly in crafting window
For the crafter to buffer in single items instead of stacks when the button is set to "Buffer Single Item"

Steps to reproduce:

1.Place down either crafter machine, place an capacitor into it, and power it, even just to 10 RF full
2.Select Basic Capacitor Recipe for the machine to follow [easiest way to show item placement issue]
3.Set Buffer Item button to "Buffer Single Items"
4.Shift click Required Materials into crafting machine [can be placed, shift clicking just helps show issue]
