Ender IO crash on adding filter to item/redstone conduit

Issue Description:
When having two conduits, specifically item and redstone, in the same blockspace, trying to add an advanced filter to the input of the item conduit, it will crash the client.
Optifine might be related, can't say for sure. Crash does not occur if filter is added first into an item conduit and redstone conduit added later (even when opening the UI).
What happens:
The client crashes. Server is fine.
What you expected to happen:
Adding the filter normally.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place an item and redstone conduit in the same blockspace
- Add any inventory for the item conduit to connect to (in my case it was RFTools Matter Beamer)
- Try adding an (advanced) filter to the item conduit
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):
- EnderIO: 5.0.46
- EnderCore: 0.5.65
- Minecraft: 1.12
- Forge:
- SpongeForge? no
- Optifine? yes
- Single Player and/or Server?
