Issue Description:

According to the twitch app development staff there are some issues with the mod which are making it so that we cant update the mod.

Here is what they said:
"It is likely that your Modpack contains a problematic mod. After receiving several similar reports, our team worked with our Developers to find out the cause of files being locked/giving an "in use" error, despite all processes being closed.
This issue is related to the mod EnderIO.

The Mod Author has made unsupported modifications to their files which makes the Twitch Application unable to manage the files, as it is does not meet our Safety specifications and requirements.

Please feel free to reach out to the Author and let them know that they need to update their mod, via their CurseForge page. We hope that the issue will be resolved by the Author soon! =)"

What happens:

Modpack "Chemical Exchange" Gives files is being used by another program error.

What you expected to happen:

Modpack should update easily.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to twitch app - > mods -> minecraft
2. Click the update button on the instance.
