Issue Description: EnderIO Dimensional Transceiver error causes server crash/cant restart

What happens: When I make the server and I join it, it works fine. When my friends join the server it kicks me and them off. I can provide the recent logs. I would prefer if I didn't have to install the mods 1 by 1, as I have 145 mods to do. The server was working fine last night when we were playing the mod pack for about 4 hours and then it did the same and kicked us off. I did not try to retry to play and went to bed.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • EnderIO: YES
  • EnderCore: YES
  • Minecraft:YES
  • Forge:YES
  • SpongeForge? NO
  • Optifine? NO
  • Single Player and/or Server? SERVER

SO what do I have to do to fix it? This is my first server so I am unaware of the problems.
