Issue Description:

Simple Crafter and Simple Stirling Generator's gravity config use the same one.

What happens:

You just set (enderio/enderiomachines/generator/respectsGravitySimple) false.
Simple Crafter,Simple Stirling Generator they will not falling down.

I think just change Simple Crafter's config location will solve the problem.
