Issue Description: When these two mods are together the grappling gun for legends mod starts only working in creative, but not survival

What happens: When I use a grappling gun nothing happens. I tried asking the creators of Legends mod but they only said the issue was with the other mod causing the problem and to contact them.

What you expected to happen: Legends mod Grappling gun is supposed to shoot a grappling line that pulls you to hig places on right click.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Legends mod with Ender I.O.
2. Put on a batman suit and use the grappling gun a couple times
3. after a while it will stop having use in survival
   ...

we don't support 1.7.10 anymore we moved onto 1.12.2 soon in the Future 1.16.5
