Reservoir equalize causes a dupe while re-filling a fluid container

Issue Description:
I've noticed some inconsistency while quick filling & emptying my reservoir with couple of universal fluid cells from IC2.
It was exactly for 10,000 Mb but in the end it turned out to 10,580 Mb. I tried to do the same with other fluid item storages - the same result.
What happens:
Reservoir equalize incorrect calculation

Steps to reproduce:
- Fill out Reservoir with a fixed volume of liquid
- Quickly click with cells by reservoir while fluild equalizing
...
