Current Behavior

The crafting recipe for Powered Spawners doesn't seem to be showing in JEI.

Expected Behavior

The Powered Spawner recipe should appear when left-clicking it in JEI.

How to Test

1. Install NeoForge 1.21.1 with Ender IO and JEI (older versions of NeoForge/Forge and Ender IO probably also work)
2. Search for the Powered Spawner in JEI and left-click it (nothing will happen since the recipe doesn't show)

Local Environment

- **Operating System**: Windows 11 Home
- **Java version**: 21
- **Minecraft Version**: 1.21.1
- **Version**: 7.1.6 Alpha
- **Other Mods**: Just Enough Items

Any Additional Information?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not because I see people playing Modpacks and having the recipe. The Modpack might as well just added the recipe itself though. Either way, I think it's very important that the recipe gets added because of the bad documentation we currently have (no in-game guide book, imcomplete official documentation site, outdated unofficial documentation sites, etc.).
