1.20.1 Missing GUI Fields for Basic Item Filter

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Hello,

as you can see in the screenshot below, the surface doesn't look like the one seen in all tutorials and wikis. There are no slots where i can define the items to be filtered with white or blacklist.
I have disabled all other mods, reinstalled Forge 1.20.1 and tried it again - the result remains the same.
Actually i would assume that the current look is intented behaviour, but i couldn't find any screen throughout the internet showing the same picture that i see.

Expected Behavior

I would expect the button opening the filter bar as you can see in this screenshot (out of a tutorial)

I have no idea how to come near to the cause. If you have any idea which information could help, please let me know and i will provide it.

Not implemented yet, but is a known missing feature.
In the meantime you can shift right click with the filter in your hand to edit it.

My personal problem is solved with this. But since this is a bugreport moved to the backlog, i will let this open.
