Norwegian Language files have a zero width non joiner character in their filename

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I did not find any existing issues.
Current Behavior
unusual character in language file, prevents me compiling the mod.
Expected Behavior
Be able to compile the mod
How to Test
click any button in IDE to compile the mod
Local Environment

- **Minecraft Version**: 1.21
- **Version**: #65fe4d6
- **Other Mods**: JEI, Jade, MekAny Additional Information?
might be an issue only impacting linux users
