Set device-face of coupler to transparent when conduit is applied.

Is there an existing proposal for this?
- I did not find any existing requests.
Explain your idea

When conduit facade is applied to Ender IO conduit, the device-face of the coupler is co-planar with the conduit facade's device face, resulting in 'z-fighting' (gliitchy appearance)

I would suggest that the coupler's device face be turned transparent when conduit-facade is present on the coupler's block.

Alternatively, make a 'hole' in the conduit texture for the coupler's device-face to appear fully, or perhaps more simply, make the device-face project slightly out of the block.

Why do you thing this feature belongs in Ender IO.
Ender IO is a staple in MANY third party 'mix' modpacks. This appearance issue with conduit facades is something that affects the appearance of many machine builds, with lots of interactions between mods leading to Ender IO conduits connecting to things that simply 'don't take the full block side' to hide the issue.
Are there any alternatives?
See the main description for several alternatives.

Duplicate of #1020 however closing the old one in favour of this because it is a much clearer summary of the problem.
Thanks for writing this up, we're aware of the issues facing conduit plates and facades already and have plans to fix this in our planned conduit visual refresh - I appreciate the report and also the suggested fixes.
