This is also the case with mc 1.21.1
with ender io 7.0.1-alpha
and neoforge 21.1.54

Not only it is a dupe, it also makes it possible to lose items in the filter. Notice in the video the cobbled deepslate was deleted completed.

Leaving this issue open as it is not fully solved by the linked fix.

Clicking and dragging with right-click over the slots will void items.
