Bug Report - Alloy Smelter not smelting if all three input slots are filled

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I did not find any existing issues.
Current Behavior
When smelting ore, if all three input slots have ore in them, it will not smelt (as if nothing is in any slot).
Expected Behavior
Even if all three inputs are filled, smelting should still occur.
How to Test
Created an Alloy Smelter, placed directly attached to a Stirling Generator, and put in a basic capacitor (also tested with double and octadic capacitors).
Loaded up with three stacks of raw iron. It started smelting when I put the first stack into the first input slot, and it continued to smelt when the second stack was put into the second slot. It stopped processing once I put the third stack in the third slot (64/64/64 in slots 1/2/3). Smelting resumed when I removed the stack from the third slot. Tried it with other ores and with sand, and the same cessation occurred when the third slot was filled.
Alloying is not affected similarly.
Local Environment
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Java version: jre 1.8.0_421
- Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
- Version: EnderIO 1.20.1-6.2.1/Forge 47.3.11
- Other Mods: JEI
Any Additional Information?
I originally found this issue while using a modpack I created, but I tested it in Minecraft 1.20.1 with only Ender IO and JEI installed to see if it was a possible issue with another mod in my pack. I recreated the issue within the JEI/Ender IO only pack.
Dunno how hard it would be to backport.
