[BUG] Adding a filter through JEI causes filter to reset

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I did not find any existing issues.
Current Behavior
When adding a filter (item / fluid / probably others) from Just Enough Items, the filter is set, however once GUI is closed, filter goes back to being black (unfiltered)
Expected Behavior
When adding a filter using Just Enough Items, the filter should remain filtered
How to Test
- Grab an Item Filter from EnderIO
- Open the GUI (using the right click while holding the filter)
- Put something from JEI inside the filter
- Close the GUI
- Open the GUI again
- Filter will be unfiltered again
Local Environment
- Operating System: Windows 10 (Client/Server)
- Java Version: Adoptium 21.0.4.7-hotspot
- Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
- Version: 7.0.9-alpha
- Other Mods: Mod List https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/all-the-mods-10/relations/dependencies
