Redstone Filter does not work

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I did not find any existing issues.
Current Behavior
the timer on the Redstone Filter does not work: The timer value that you set on the filter flies off after you put it in the pipe

Expected Behavior
The redstone timer does not change the data stored in it
How to Test
- Log in to the redstone timer
2.Write down the value
3.Put it in the pipe - Get it out of the pipe
5.Check the contents

There PR #881 for Filter, it just hasn't merged yet, devs been busy with real life and uni, i'm going to leave this open until PR Merged
