I would like to ask that loot capacitors which increase the operation speed of a machine also increase the push/pull rate of moving items.

Why do you thing this feature belongs in Ender IO.

The SAG mill output gets backed up and the machine speed is severely limited by the speed it moves items, which kind of nullifies the point of the fancy loot capacitor

Are there any alternatives?

The only one I can think of would be to increase the transfer speed without regard for the capacitor, but that seems too strong.

I assume this is using push/pull I/O to adjacent inventories? Generally I’d expect people to be using conduits for high throughput but this can be something we can consider :)
