Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

SAG mill and Alloy smelter continue to use ores and dust but don't pull from top inventory when six stacks are placed in the inventory, resulting in infinite production at a cost of 3 stacks

Expected Behavior

input stacks diminish, with this bug nothing gets used giving unlimited resources

How to Test

barrel on top of the machine, IO set to input, barrel on bottom IO set to output.

Dark iron grinder in SAG mill (although I don't think this made a difference)

Place six stacks or more of raw ore or dust into the input barrel

The capacitor made no difference.

Local Environment

- Operating System: Windows 11
- Java Version: version 8 update 431
- Minecraft Version:1.21.4
- Version: 7.1 alpha
- Other Mods: ATM10 modpack NeoForge 21.1.93

Any Additional Information?

if you can not recreate then I will check my added mods, then if they are clear ill forward but to ATM team.
