Can't hide range from spawner 7.1.5

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I did not find any existing issues.
Current Behavior
once activated, there are no ways of disabling the red cube showing the area on a spawner (maybe other machines?)
the icon doesn't change either, the tooltip though is "hide range" initially
Expected Behavior
hide the range :)
