As the exerpt from the log says, nuke the folder.
EnderStorage was unable to read it's data, please delete the 'EnderStorage' folder Here: C:\Users\scott\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\yaopack\saves\New World\EnderStorage and start the server again.
