Enderman death on Ender Storage causing server issues?

I'm not sure if I'm right about this, but one of the players on my modded survival server created a basic Enderman farm that somehow used Ender Storage to collect Ender Pearls and teleport them to his Applied Energistics storage unit. I was hoping you can shed some light as our server is currently locked in an infinite loop and I haven't seen this issue listed before.
