1.10.2 - Wither Cat Crash

I hit a wither cat and I crashed. Was using a Tconstruct Rapier and the world was open to LAN.

Got the same crash right after I killed a wither witch. I saw the wither dust spawn on the ground and then I crashed

This seems to only occur if you have the wither effect cast on you by the witch
