MFR Slaughterhouse unable to kill Wither Cats. When the Slaughterhouse is attempting to kill the Wither Cat, it hangs causing the rest of the mobs to build up to potentially unstable levels.

This also effects spikes from Extra Utilities and Liquid Death from Thaumcraft.

I have not tested those as well, but makes sense. Probably all use the same method of mob detection.

As a precaution I also created a ticket in MFR Github. If you think it should be cancelled as the bug lies in EnderZoo I can.
