Do you by chance have Thaumcraft with any add ons?

I think it might be some enchants from one of those as its the only thing that adds enchants that i know of in my setup. I would need to do a enchant dump to confirm.

I do, as well as enchantments from several other sources.

I think this may have been caused by a bug in EIO strangely. Could you update that to 2.2.6 latest?

Running a spawner system with fallen knights and villagers time torched to attempt to duplicate with updated ender io, no results after about an hour.

edit: and it's hilarious watching them shoot each other.

It was probably due then to the missing Soulbound enchant (causing bugged items) in 2.2.5 of EIO. Closing this.
