Concussion Creepers spawn on Mushroom Island.

Default configuration, they spawn in darkness in Mushroom Island/Mushroom Island Shore biomes.
(I admit, I am assuming this isn't intended behavior.)
It is not intended. Apparently they are spawning in the nether as well.
