System print in TileEntityBolloomBud.tick() that was forgotten to be removed causes FPS drops

The values of the FPS drop seem to vary quite well. Also, this leads to the console being spammed, of course.

This has been fixed in dev and will be in the next update that includes the Puff Bugs
