I'm having a problem running this mod on Minecraft version 1.21.1 with neoforge. I did everything right but it still looks like this. Could you please solve this problem?

You need to install ShulkerBoxTooltip by misterpemodder. Also you have fabric mods and the forge installer jar in your mods folder. Closing this as it's not a problem on our end feel free to reopen if installing ShulkerBoxTooltip for forge does not fix the issue.
