Bug Description

i'm using nullscape with EO and the tall end island enderman won't spawn, i thought this would be an issue with nullscape itself because it messes with the end's biomes but end endermen spawn normally without issue.

How to Reproduce?

-install nullscape
-install EO
-go to the end
-end islands endermen don't spawn naturally, unlike regular endermen and end endermen.

Expected Behavior

end islands endermen spawning naturally.
