[Feature Request]: Config option to stop Enderman from the mod to stop picking up and placing down blocks

Hey!
I am planning to build a little village for the Mushroom Enderman, but they keep taking and placing blocks
Solution(s)
A config option to disable Enderman block pickup and placement would be wonderfull!
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried to install a mod that disables this behaviour, but it doesent seem to affect the Enderman from the mod
