Is your feature request related to a problem?

Especially the Cave Enderman and Flowerfields Enderman. They spawn 4 times more than other enemy mobs.
The massive number of cave endermen have made the underground bumpy and terrible!

Solution(s)

I want the spawn rate to be on par with vanilla mobs.
